About Villa Zarafa

Villa Zarafa is an old typical Niçoise from the 1930s located on the hills of Nice, in a residential area known as Saint-Pierre de Feric. This neighborhood is popular for its green landscapes, sea views, and calm atmosphere whilst being only a 10 minutes’ drive from the centre and the famous Promenade des Anglais.

The villa has been divided into four independent apartments. We live discreetly in the top one with a totally separate entrance. This enables us to be at hand when needed to make sure you are having a wonderful stay and maintain the swimming pool and beautiful garden for your enjoyment.

The other 3 levels of the house are available to rent, perfect for holidays between friends or family. Accommodation is comfortable for small groups of up to 12 people.

The main living has air conditioning and fans. The other levels have fans and French shutters which keep the villa cool in the summer months.

Main Living

This apartment which can sleep 4 people is the main gathering point for groups with a very large 40 m2 terrace and fully equipped modern kitchen. The double bedroom with en-suite shower facilities opens onto a private patio at the back. The living room is fitted with tables and chairs for 12 diners. There are separate toilets and a comfortable sofa bed for 2.

Garden and Pool

When renting Villa Zarafa, you also get private access to the lovely swimming pool and the Mediterranean garden. The pool is heated in season weather permitting (from mid-April to mid-October)

We have installed a louvered pergola by its side where you can take shelter from the sun and enjoy outdoor dining. You will also be able to use the gas Plancha (BBQ) by the side to make your own barbecues.

This is our chilling zone, fitted with 6 sun loungers, a large sofa and table for relaxing by the poolside.

Should you wish to be a bit more active, you will also find a tennis table and a private boulodrome in the garden.

Children will have fun climbing in the cabin in the fig tree or on the toboggan and swings.

On the lower floor apartment, there is a separate double bedroom opening onto the garden, a separate bathroom with toilets and bathtub, a double murphy bed in the living room and a little kitchen corner. (sleeps 4)

This appartment is on the same level as the pool. There is a slightly separated double bedroom with a shower corner and separated toilets in a corridor. The back opens onto a little private garden with a table and chairs. In the living room, there are 2 single beds and light cooking facilities. (sleeps 4)
