




































Villa Zarafa is a charming holiday vacation rental villa located in the hills of Nice, in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region of France. Close to the Italian border. It’s positioned in a calm residential area known as Saint Pierre de Feric, The villa is on several levels offering stunning panoramic views of the city, mountains, and sea. Today, Nice is known for its blend of French and Italian influences, Mediterranean climate, artistic heritage, and role as the center of the Côte d’Azur makes Villa Zarafa the perfect gateway for your discovery’s of the region.
With beautiful views of the city and surrounding valley, Villa Zarafa is located on the central hills in a calm residential area. Our villa offers accommodation on different levels with independent access for each. Please note: We often stay on the top floor, which is entirely independent with a private entrance. This is to ensure the smooth running of the Villa, and to be available if required.
Main Living – This level is the main gathering point for groups with a large terrace and fully equipment kitchen. Air-conditioning, 1 bed (double), WiFi, shower, kitchen, sofa (bed). Smart TV and small private garden area at the rear.
Lower Floor – This apartment has a separate bedroom, (double bed) WiFi, kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and microwave. Murphy bed (double) TV, Shower. Terrace
Studio – This studio has slightly separated bedroom (double bed) TV, Shower, kitchen.
The entire villa typically sleeps 6-8 guests across multiple bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. It’s described as a “residence de charme” (charming residence) on social media.
Divided into 2 main areas (Nice – Old town) there is plenty to discover, with its wonderful architecture and cultural heritage.
Monaco/Monte-Carlo (20 min by train). The famous Casino, Oceanographic Museum, Prince’s Palace, and Formula 1 circuit walk.
Éze Botanical Garden (Jardin Exotique d’Éze) is one of the most spectacular viewpoints on the French Riviera. The botanical garden is filled with exotic plants, cacti, succulents, and other Mediterranean plants, built on the ruins of an ancient fortress at the very top of the medieval village of Éze. The Fragonard perfume factory is also worth a visit.
Villefranche-sur-Mer (10 min by train) Prettier, quieter bay than Nice, colorful houses, great swimming. Nice restaurants around the port
Antibes & Cap d’Antibes (25 min by train) Old town, Picasso Museum, billionaire yachts, and the scenic coastal walk around the cap.
Cannes (30 min by train) La Croisette promenade, luxury shopping, film festival vibe.
Saint-Paul-de-Vence (45–60 min by bus 400 or 15) One of the most beautiful hill villages in France, packed with art galleries. Best to go in the mornings.
Menton (35 min by train) “Pearl of France,” Italian vibe, lemon festival town, gorgeous old town and gardens. Lovely beach on the border with Italy
You can do almost everything above without a car – the train network along the coast is excellent and cheap.
How to get there: – 14 km (18–25 min drive) from Nice International airport (Taxi or Uber) (Tram from airport to train station and then bus 64 or 75 which take approximately 10 minutes with a stop just outside the villa (Charmettes)
